Founded by Kevin Logan, LEC Construction encompasses LEC, Inc., Logan Electric, and Gettysburg Rental. Based in Gettysburg, South Dakota, LEC provides the following services to the entire central South Dakota region.
LEC offers specialized crane services to the central South Dakota region and into North Dakota. Our variety of cranes include all-terrain, rough-terrain, and swing-cab truck cranes, giving us the capability to provide crane and rigging services up to 275 tons. From small jobs to large projects, our NCCCO-certified operators have the training and experience to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Our construction crew consists of in-house employees, a draftsman and a design team. Together with our list of reliable, qualified subcontractors, we can handle your job from design to completion. LEC has various ways to handle General Contracting for your project – whether it is complete job oversight or job coordination for a percentage of the total complete project. Gettysburg Rental provides a resource to rent various construction equipment and tools such as 5,000-12,000 LB telescopic forklifts; 15-53’ indoor and outdoor scissor lifts; 60-135’ boom lifts; 24-84” vibrating roller compactors.
